Alternate Healing is an independent apothecary. Every bottle, every jar, every drop is hand-crafted by a tiny team that believes plant medicine deserves more patience than the modern market gives it.
We started in a small workshop, with a single copper still and a stubborn refusal to compromise.
Alternate Healing was founded out of frustration. The wellness aisle had become a noise machine — endless brands, indistinguishable promises, cheap fillers behind heavy marketing. We wanted something quieter. Something you could open and trust just by smelling.
We turned to a tradition that has never needed reinvention: Rick Simpson's original RSO protocol. Slow. Full-spectrum. Raw. The way it was meant to be made before scale corrupted it.
Today we still make every batch by hand, in small numbers, sealed in amber glass. We sign each bottle. We answer every message. And we won't ship anything we wouldn't take ourselves.
